A few weeks ago, the doctor and I were dining at Skek (formerly known as Palmers) in Amsterdam. After dinner we always spend some time drawing. Just drawing on paper - no computers involved. For some people this is a little strange. But not for the next visitor who came into the restaurant, Doug. Doug lives in Ireland, but is originally from Australia. He did spend a few days in Amsterdam just for fun. When he saw us making interesting telephone-krabbels he joined us immediately at our lounge table. We gave him some paper and a marker.
